3. Exclusion
Then we seal the cracks and crevices around the exterior that rodents used or could use in the future. This exclusion work runs ground to roof level and comes with a one-year warranty.

What a great company! I purchased an ant control plan that had a 1 yr warranty for our yard. One month later, new ant mounds in other parts of our yard. I called them and they came out and treated again at no charge. It’s been 2-3 months and no ants. They also treat my house and the chemicals they use aren’t harmful to animals.
I receive quarterly pest treatments and had them out for critters in the attic over the summer as well. Very friendly and helpful service! I felt safe with both men that came to help even though I was home alone. The price is competitive and fair. Would definitely recommend!
